Nolan McBride

The Rev. Nolan McBride (he/him) is a priest in the Diocese of Northern Indiana. He is serving his curacy at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Elkhart and St. James Episcopal Church in Goshen. The proud grandson of conscientious objectors during the Korean and Vietnam wars, Nolan understands peacebuilding and nonviolent action as central to the life and teachings of Jesus.

He holds an M.A. with a concentration in historical studies and a certificate in Just Peace and Conflict Transformation from Bethany Theological Seminary, where his M.A. portfolio focused on Episcopalian and Church of the Brethren historical approaches to peace work. He graduated with an M.Div. from The School of Theology at Sewanee: The University of the South in May 2025.
